White Elegance

This distinctive wildflower grows on rocky cliffs by the side of the road in the Paradise region of Mount Ranier National Park in Washington. It is two to three feet tall, quite striking, and in full bloom in mid-summer.

Thanks to one of my viewers, I now have the name of this wildflower. It is called Bear Grass, an unusual name for such a beautiful flower.
